Children’s block festival will unite in shared fun

The creation of impressive constructions and fascinating virtual adventures in the world of Roblox await children and adults at a unique event combining the real and digital worlds – the CONNECT Bricks Festival.

The festival will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is a unique proposal to celebrate Children’s Day in a space that inspires creative action. Participation in the event is free of charge.

The CONNECT Blocks Festival is a specially zoned space designed to stimulate creativity, develop imagination and improve logical thinking skills. Through interactive games using bricks and the opportunity to explore virtual reality on the Roblox platform, participants will see how traditional forms of play in the real world merge with activities in the digital space. The event is aimed at families with children over the age of 5, as well as all building block enthusiasts.

The youngest participants of the Festival will develop manual skills by building simple constructions with blocks under the guidance of animators. With their comfort in mind, tables and chairs in the shape of blocks have been prepared. Youngsters and adults will use advanced CONNECT sets with moving parts to create functional bridges or vehicles.

Festival guests will also discover the virtual dimension of the world of building blocks. Using computer stations, everyone will be given the opportunity to log on to the Roblox platform to explore the virtual world of Treflandia. The zone emphasizes the value of group interaction and intergenerational integration – grandparents, parents and children can work together on installations that will become an attraction for all visitors to the mall.

A zone designed for participants over the age of 10 will showcase the process of creating games on the Roblox platform. Led by professional animators, the workshop will be an introduction to the basics of 3D object modeling and the principles of transferring physical constructions to the virtual world. Each participant will have the opportunity to design simple game elements inspired by CONNECT bricks on their own.

With the comfort of all participants in mind, a space equipped with comfortable deck chairs has been prepared, where both children and caregivers will be able to rest. In addition, against a background depicting the virtual world of Treflandia in Roblox, each participant will be able to take a souvenir photo.

Contest

The festival will be accompanied by a competition for the most original construction from blocks. Attractive prizes await the winners: sets of bricks or vouchers to stores located in our center. Admission to the event is free.
