KFC launches Super Saiyan mode and combines iconic chicken with Dragon Ball Z!

KFC and the iconic Dragon Ball Z universe are joining forces to create the most talked-about collaboration of the year. This epic adventure sees iconic chicken meet legendary warriors, ushering in a brand new product line. Get ready, because starting November 25th, Super Saiyan energy and your appetite will soar!

A seismic shift is coming to the world of pop culture and gastronomy. The fusion of two powerful worlds introduces new features, led by two original burgers – Teriyaki Katsu Sando and Spicy Teriyaki Katsu Sando.

What happens when iconic KFC chicken meets the heroes that generations have grown up with? A cultural event is created that is impossible to ignore. Dragon Ball is a global phenomenon combining millennial nostalgia with Gen Z energy. This new offering is a nod to the Japanese roots of anime and a tribute to fans of golden chicken who seek true emotion in their food.

Forget everything you thought you knew about burgers. Discover Sando – a Japanese style served on soft, buttery bread. The special menu features two different variations, each dedicated to two very different characters. Which will you choose?

• Teriyaki Katsu Sando – a dish inspired by Son Goku himself. A noble hero who always stands up for his friends. Sando Goku is a flavor you can rely on. A juicy, crispy fillet with the beloved Teriyaki sauce, fresh lettuce, and pickled cabbage. A perfectly balanced offering that goes from the stomach to the heart.

• Spicy Teriyaki Katsu Sando – on the other side stands Vegeta. An eternal rival, a proud Saiyan prince with a fiery personality. Sando Vegeta is a choice for those unafraid of intense experiences. KFC has prepared more new items.

The chain has decided to surprise and is adding two more items to its new offerings. The first is a bucket of chicken pieces drizzled with teriyaki sauce. The second is Dragon Fried Cheese Balls with a crispy coating and a runny interior – a must-try for any cheese lover. This is a nod to the iconic Dragon Balls, well-known to fans of the Dragon Ball universe.

The surprises don’t end with the new menu. Each product in this limited edition will be released in dedicated packaging featuring graphics depicting Dragon Ball Z characters. It’s a treat for fans and an experience that brings the universe of the iconic anime directly to the KFC table.

The KFC x Dragon Ball offer is available from November 25th in all KFC restaurants and via delivery.
